As long as you can keep up with tax laws, and the constant changes the job itself isn't bad..benefits good.. office culture/atmosphere isn't for the weak hearted, so you gotta be consciencious of what you say around other employee's because they do and will talk about you behind your back.a positive thing though, I did learn alot about Indiana State Tax laws which has benefited my knowledge of tax laws. I didn't like the fact they monitor every move you make and can hear everything you say, personally or professionally. You need to know when to keep your opinions to yourself and never undermind your superiors expertise. I left the IDOR because my superior had retired and the new upcoming office clash of two other employee's fighting for the position, and I didn't want to work under either of them..and I was not going to compete for the position. I wish the new supervisor good luck, and I heard the other lady quit her job, when she didn't get the supervising position. So best of luck to the both of them.
